My mom is so embarrassed that she made my poor little brother wear this.....talbots kids at its best :)

I'm a Mac Girl Now?

Yesterday I woke up and went to my 8 AM class and tried to turn on my HP laptop only to find that it was making loud, weird noises and wouldn't start. So I called my grandma and told her I will probably have to play around with it and see what's wrong, because I'm pretty positive it's just being finicky. 

So I went back to my dorm, plugged my computer in, and went to sleep. When I woke up my laptop was working again and I have three missed calls from both my grandma and mom. While I was asleep they called the Miami Bookstore and bought me a Mac Book Pro. 

Why? I'm not sure - because my HP is only two years old and it's been finicky before and easily fixable. But once my grandma gets an idea it's hard to stop her. 

And that's how I ended up with this little beauty....

 Then I bought it this pretty little purple cover. It's good thing I looovvveee purple because it's the only color my school bookstore had. 

I have never had a Mac before so this is a pretty big adjustment. I have no idea what all this computer is capable of, and at the moment I'm not really sure how to work it. Hopefully I will pick it up pretty quickly.
